Eligibility Criteria
BE / B.Tech / MCA graduates of 2010
Arrears / back papers will not permitted
Candidates should have graduated in the year 2010 with a consistent academic performance of 60% & above, SSLC onwards till end of graduation/Post-graduation. Only 1 year gap is allowed in between courses.
Outside Kerala Students also can apply

1. 1. BE / B.Tech
Computer Science Engineering / Information Science Engineering/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Electrical Engineering / Telecommunication Engineering / Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering/ Electronics / Electrical
2. MCA
Compensation:
· Selected Candidates will be offered salary of Rs.2.9L pa.
· They will be put through initial training of 3 months and will be confirmed only after successful completion of the training. Please note that we will not be considering any other discipline or pass outs from any other batch apart from the ones mentioned above.
Selection Process
1. Aptitude tests / Interviews
2. Candidates will be called to join from a merit list which will be prepared based on Academic, Aptitude Test & Interview performance of candidates. Communication to this effect will be sent to candidates by e-mail directly.
3. Those offered will be required to join within 2 to 8 weeks of selection at any of the Mahindra Satyam centers in India for training & subsequent posting. Not joining on given date and location will be considered as rejection.
4. Candidates need to carry following documents (Original + 1 Xerox copy) at the time of Test / interview.
Mandatory Documents:
· Hard copy of Resume.
· Mark sheets and Certificates of 10th and 12th. (Original + 1 Xerox copy)
· Mark Sheets (All Semester) and Degree certificates of Graduation and Post Graduation. (Original + 1 Xerox copy)
· Passport or Receipt of Passport application.
· 3 Photographs.
